Nizam Uddin Mahmood’s career began as a Sales Executive in 1991 in Taif, Saudi Arabia, and after assuming various roles, he founded Multi Trade Bangladesh in 2015, which serves as the Sole Agent of Vicplas Holdings Pte Ltd., Singapore, specializing in PVC Accessories & Solvent Cement.

Experience:

Nizam Uddin Mahmood embarked on his career as a Sales Executive at Al Maktaba Al Arabia in Taif, Saudi Arabia, in 1991. His professional journey led him to National Polymer Industries Ltd in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in 1997, where he served as a Marketing Executive and subsequently held roles such as Area Sales Manager and Product & Business Development Manager until 2003.

In 2003, he became the General Manager of International Dekuan (BD) Company Ltd, a China-Bangladesh joint venture. In 2015, he established Multi Trade Bangladesh, specializing in importing PVC Accessories & Solvent Cement under the brand P&S, while also serving as the Sole Agent of Vicplas Holdings Pte Ltd, Singapore, in Bangladesh.

Education:

  • Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management (MBA in HRM)
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management (PGD on MM)
  • MSS in Public Administration (MSS)
  • BSS (Hons.) in Public Administration

Professional Skills & Responsibilities:

i. Overall Marketing Responsibility:

  • Analyzing annual market opportunities for company products.
  • Setting yearly sales targets and creating marketing plans to achieve them.
  • Managing strategic brand development and product planning.
  • Conducting cost-benefit analysis and determining product pricing.
  • Overseeing the marketing, sales, and Supply Chain team.
  • Handling recruitment, training, supervision, and marketing team control.
